Quality Control & Service

Universal Toys lays lot of emphasis on the quality. We have 7 levels of defined Quality Check process at every stage of production. We have close to 15% of the total employees dedicated to quality control.

Our In-House Testing Lab is capable of performing tests of soft toys as per BIS IS 9873(Part 1). Our products have passed EN 71, ASTM F963, SNI 8164 & many others testing standards by internationally recognized laboratories.

We use latest technologies & high end machines like CAD controlled laser cutting machines, Hydraulic cutting machines, Embroidery machines which delivers high quality output on our products. Our PLC based sewing machines have fully automatic locking & trimming features. Our pneumatic stuffing/carding machines deliver fluffy & uniform quality fillers. Our metal detection machine can trace slightest metal parts to avoid any risk to end users.
